March 2019 Market Watch Data from the Toronto Real Estate Board reported 7,187 homes sold in March, just 1 sale less than reported in March 2018 (7,188), indicating a flat market.  Sales were not flat across all the GTA.  Sales in the suburbs were up by 5% while sales in Toronto were down by 9%.  The year-over-year drop in sales in Toronto could be blamed on the condo market which had sales drop 14%.
